How long will it take to receive my certificate?
Certificates will be emailed to you within 3 days after successfully completing the course. Isabelle Healthcare Training are an accredited training provider and are registered with Nuco Training an Ofqual recognised awarding body.
What happens after a booking has been confirmed?
A week before the course date an email will be sent with further details.
What happens if I want to cancel a course booking?
Isabelle Healthcare Training understands the need for cancellations at times. An email needs to be sent 7 days prior to the course date and Isabelle Healthcare Training will try to rearrange your booking at another appropriate time.
Unfortunately, refunds are not available once paid.
What do I need to bring to the course?
Yourself and identification with your name and date of birth.
Does the company have public liability insurance?
Yes, Isabelle Healthcare Training has public liability and professional indemnity cover with Chiswell insurance.
Is Caroline Isabelle DBS Checked?
Yes, I am. A copy of this can be shown on request.
